Embrace the Dawn: First Sunday Sunrise Yoga

Embrace the Dawn: First Sunday Sunrise Yoga on the Rooftop at Soma

At Days & Seasons, we believe there’s something special about the first light of day—and even more so when it's the first Sunday of the month. That’s why we created Firday Sunday Sunrise Yoga —a rooftop ritual where we greet the sun together and align our bodies and minds with the circadian rhythmns that shape our lives.

This isn’t just a yoga class—it’s a ritual. It’s a moment to rise before the world wakes up, to witness the shift from darkness to light, to realign body and breath with the rhythms of the earth and sky. We practice together as the city below yawns awake. With each pose, we honor the cycles of renewal and return.

Why the First Sunday?

There’s a power in beginnings. Firsts are thresholds—openings into the new. The first Sunday of the month offers a built-in rhythm, a reset, and a way to stay attuned to time in a more soulful, embodied way. It also allows us to soften into structure: a once-monthly ritual that’s both simple and profound.

By rooting this practice in the first Sunday sunrise, we invite our community into a rhythm that’s seasonal, celestial, and deeply human.

What to Expect

The Rooftop at Soma

There’s no better place to meet the sun than the rooftop of Soma. With panoramic views and open sky above, the space is both grounding and expansive. You’ll feel the shift in light, the breeze moving through, the quiet pulse of the city below—and something in you will remember: I belong here.

How to Join

Sunrise Yoga happens every first Sunday of the month. RSVP is recommended, as space is intentionally limited to maintain intimacy.

Bring:

We begin in darkness, move through light, and end in presence. It’s a beautiful way to begin not just a day, but a month—and allow yourself to establish a grounded life that is aligned with your vision and values.
